3. How to use
When it is necessary to carry out detonation operation, first put the toggle switch to the charging position, and then turn on the power switch to charge. When the voltage reaches the required detonation voltage or the voltage indicator on the detonator reaches red When in the area, the power switch should be turned off first, and then the toggle switch should be operated to the blasting position for detonation. After the detonation operation is completed, the toggle switch should be turned to the off position.
When the battery pack in the detonator is low in power, the battery pack should be charged immediately. Insert the standard charger into the charging jack in the lower left corner of the detonator operation panel, and then connect to the AC power supply for charging. Time is around.
4. Precautions
When detonating a small amount of detonators and the load is less than ohms, the charging voltage cannot be higher than the detonation voltage.
Before wiring, perform a charge and discharge check first, and the high-voltage indicator rises within the specified time before discharging to ensure the reliability of the instrument. When there is no voltage indication on the high-voltage indicator, please do not detonate.
When detonating, turn the switch to the charging position. When the voltage indicates the maximum voltage, turn it to the firing position immediately to prevent the voltage from continuing to rise for too long and causing damage to internal components. If the firing is not fired immediately, the maximum time cannot be exceeded. After detonation is completed, turn the switch to the off position.
If you want to continue blasting, you can turn the blasting position to the charging position, turn on the power switch, and then connect the blasting bus to the output end of the detonator, wait until the voltage indication reaches the required value before detonating (this can extend the battery life service life). If the value in the voltage indicator table cannot reach the specified value within the specified charging time, the battery pack in the detonator should be charged immediately to ensure the normal use of the detonator.
Please avoid dropping the detonator from a high place or subjecting it to severe vibration and impact, and use, keep and maintain it by dedicated personnel to ensure the safety and reliability of the detonator.
When it is necessary to use a non-electric detonator to detonate, a non-electric firing pin produced by our company must be used for detonation. The direct detonation voltage should be controlled below. If remote detonation is required, the voltage should be controlled below.
